Admin Assistant Part time

Part-Time. Working Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 5:30PM– 8:30pm, Saturday: 9:30 – 4:30

No selling involved. We need someone with the ability to write clearly to be our admin assistant. You must have good organizational skills to set appointments, follow up and send reminders to clients, maintain supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies and maintain an office, issue invoices.

We need someone with and adequate level of IT proficiency, co-ordinating the recording or of information in a computer from registration, absences and assessments. English language proficiency is a requirement.
