Business Development Manager

Real Staffing is supporting a Leading Dental Solutions MNC that is rapidly expanding their operations across APAC and is looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Singapore.

You need to possess a good technical understanding on dental digital imaging equipment as well as identify, develop and capture new business opportunities within the Singapore market. You would also be required to perform existing customer account management to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and account revenue growth in line with the company's proposal.

Main Responsibilities:
* Identify, cultivate and capture new business opportunities through a value-selling approach that matches company's commercial pitch and explain how customer creates value in their market.
* Ability to determine and deliver a solution-selling proposal covering dental digital imaging equipment.
* Collaborating with the technical team in engaging in-depth customer technical discussions to advance new opportunities.
* Assist with deal pricing strategies and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
* Forecast orders and sales within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for dental imaging products/solutions/services
* Identify prospective customers for use as sales leads, from cold calls, websites, business directories, trade shows etc.
* Demonstrate products, using demo units, power point presentations or literature, and emphasise features.
* Build strong business relationships and account strategies to consistently strengthen relationships within the assigned accounts.
* Schedule appointments, meeting existing customers in order to review product requires, and to determine other opportunities.
* Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on daily basis.
* Continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
* Up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending meetings.
* Maximise sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools and marketing strategies.

Essential Requirements:
* Strong Medical Devices background, dental device experience preferred but not a must
* At least 5 years of Capital Equipment sales experience required
* Local market experience is a must
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Detail and deadline oriented
* Good negotiation skills
