Business Analyst

A global bank is looking to hire a Business Analyst to be part of their team. This would be a 1 year contract position.

This role will be responsible for gathering and assessing business requirements, in efforts to cater to the new booking model for Brexit. Hence, this is ideal for all business analysts have had an in-depth knowledge and Front-To-Back view of at least 1 product. You will be leading, managing and ensuring that the project's goals are reached via your contributions and activities.

Responsibilities:
* Provide coordination and business analysis skills to ensure successful delivery of projects
* Act as an bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team
* Assist in the gathering of business requirements with stakeholders from different disciplines within the bank and of different levels of seniority
* Assist in producing exceptional business and functional requirement documents
* Have the knowledge and confidence to apply critical thinking to make the necessary decisions to progress the project. In tandem, understand the limits of their responsibility & expertise and know when to solicit decisions from other members of the project, from both the business and technological aspect.

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis within Banking and Finance
* Prior extensive experience in business analysis, with proven analytical skills and performing testing through the project's lifecycle
* Experience in stakeholder management
* In-depth knowledge and Front-To-Back view of at least 1 product specific to Front-Office Financial Markets, and Front-to-Back knowledge of trading platforms
* Certification: At least CFA I
