Real Staffing is currently looking for a Clinical Study Manager for one of our Global Pharma MNC clients. This position is an exciting opportunity that allows you to work with the Clinical Research Team in a fast pace environment.

Location: Singapore
Duration: 24 Months
Budget: Competitive Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all management and execution of clinical studies according to global regulatory requirements
* Partner with various functions and resources within Global/Regional Medical Affairs and R&D for smooth execution of study
* Responsible for providing study level updates, including timelines & budget, to the Medical Affairs and cross-functional Brand team ensuring that any study issues, with proposed solutions, are escalated to the management, as appropriate.
* Lead the cross-functional protocol development process, including responsibility for any protocol amendments or administrative changes
* Escalate medical issues to appropriate medical personnel.

Qualifications:
* 4-5 years of experience in Clinical research & operations in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization.
* Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in clinical, science or health related field
* Vendor management experience preferred.
* 1-2 years of Regional experience preferred.
* Experience with IBD and Oncology studies preferred.
* Good understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory and compliance requirements for Emerging Markets.
* Ability and willingness to travel
