Commercial Lead, SG

Key Responsibilities:
* Set business goals alongside wider business leadership team to ensure Singapore fits into the wider business objectives over next years
* Shape and implement commercial strategies to suit the business channels covered across Singapore
* Manage, develop, retain and grow the commercial Sales & Marketing team
* Ensure the organization maintains the high standards expected at all time - effective liaison with legal, compliance, regulatory etc
* Develop and maintain a strong network of KOL's
* Ensure supply chain and planning are always effectively and accurately managed to maximize flow
* Results tracking and reporting on Singapore market to wider business

Key Requirements:
* 8-10 years of commercial management experience in a pharmaceutical environment
* People management and development ability - must have managed a team of 8+ previously
* Ability to drive the P&L accurately and in line with high expectations of business
* Blend of both sales, product marketing and people management are essential
