Country Lead, Malaysia (Pharma)

COUNTRY LEAD, PHARMACEUTICALS (BASED IN MALAYSIA) Type: Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Financial and budget responsibility for the business unit
* Maintenance and further development of business opportunities within the country
* Ensure compliance with quality and environmental management standards
* Manage daily operations in the BU, including external service providers
* Responsible for all business and administrative processes in the business unit
* Directly involved in the sales process, establish and maintain good business relationships with all customers and specifically Key Accounts
* Ensure compliance with standards of the Integrated Management Systems
* Maintain expertise in nutritional trends, regulatory changes and competitors' activities
* Supervise and provide people development opportunities within the existing team
* Good business acumen

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in any business/science related field.
* At minimum 8-10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Minimum three years relevant experience of financial responsibility/P&L management.
* Organizational & management competencies in building and managing a team
* Proven track record in sales and established strong networks within the industry
