Digital Engagement Marketing Manager

A thriving Global Bank is looking to hire a Digital Engagement Marketing Manager to be part of their team. This would be a permanent position.

This role will be responsible for delivering customer-centric communications and marketing programs, brand, commercial and customer experience targets. This role will be within the Digital Engagement team. This is ideal for all driven marketing individuals with a strong track record in integrated digital campaign deliveries across different geographies – country, regional and global.

As a Digital Engagement Marketing Manager, this individual needs to be comfortable leading various briefings and process planning for commercial and brand focused marketing initiatives. This role will be managing key product stakeholders and keeping them informed during the process to ensure clear objectives and ROI. This individual will be working with various teams and should be someone who can take ownership of their role and bring innovative engagements to the next level.

Responsibilities:
* Building and establishing strong relationships across teams to drive accountability and delivery
* Manage the business case and strategic process for defined digital engagement
* Understand where the performance indicators are within the various markets to build and support scaling opportunities
* Come up with creative and innovative content and innovative means to engage customers and build relationships
* Understand and communicate market trends and competitor insights in relation to digital engagement
* Create high level summary reports, presentations to reflect digital progress
* Effective communication across the business to ensure metrics are being met

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing business/finance or a related discipline
* At least 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing/Business oriented role
* Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment
* A self-starting individual that can perform and deliver under deadlines
