An international retail bank is in the look-out for the an Executive Director to head up their Digital Servicing. Following is a summary on the role :-

Executive Director, Digital Servicing

This will involve making all service requests processing straight through from online down to the core banking systems, migrating them to digital channels with an ability to initiate a service request in one channel and complete it in another (Omni-Channel Experience).

Candidate with strong digital innovation experience will be a good-fit.
