Head of Infrastructure - Projects (Up to SVP)

A global financial organization is hiring for a Head of Infrastructure - Projects who will be responsible for end-to-end infrastructure projects delivery. This role is a senior strategic role and will have global oversight on infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Translation of the infrastructure program vision into high level scope, design and executables
* Management of large complex projects in a multi-vendor environment
* Creation and maintenance of realistic project, quality and risk plans including plans incorporating sub projects
* Plan, monitor and control allocation of resources including capital costs against project budget

To be successful in this role, you would need:
* More than 10 years of experience in an enterprise organization particularly in banking or finance
* Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure projects and service management (ITIL) experience
* Project / programme leadership experience
* Capable in structured project management methodologies and tools
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
