Head of Medical Affairs ASEAN
Provide leadership and medical expertise as a medical resource to develop and execute strategic short, mid and long term medical plans that support the overall organisational and business goals for Singapore. Work closely in conjunction with and as part of country leadership team to develop strategic product plans through cross-functional efforts, to ensure timely entry of new compounds to the market and the ongoing market success of existing products. Provide medical and scientific input to the business units and to work closely with different team to ensure alignment of interests and strategies. Establish ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders, HCPs and healthcare authorities. Responsibility for the financial management of medical affairs and to be involved in medical budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of reports.
Medical-Marketing champion for the pharmaceutical and medical benefits of marketed and development compounds
Resource for updated knowledge of and training on products, on diagnostic & treatment trends, and on medical & scientific activities
Contributor of scientific and medical support for internal partners, i.e., Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Scientific Relations, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, and Legal
