Head of Supply Chain (ANZ)
Real Staffing is looking for a Head of Supply Chain (Australia and New Zealand) for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Australia.

Responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and lead regional distribution networks.
- Manage planning systems and validate sales forecasts from the ANZ market.
- Support new product launches, regulatory filings, and EOL activities by working closely with the market.
- Ensure that the Supply Chain processes adhere to all relevant GMP and GDP requirements.
- Provide leadership in Regional forums and partner with regional commercial supply chain teams to identify issues.

Essential Requirements include:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Engineering.
- 10 years of Supply Chain in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- 5 years of leadership experience and strong people management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of supply and demand forecasting in ANZ.
