Health Economics & Outcomes Research Principal

The HEOR Principal is responsible for leading work relating to health economic modelling, market access strategy, outcomes research and HTA submissions. You will work closely with relevant cross functional teams and lead weekly/ monthly HEOR management meetings. In this role, you are required to keep up to date to market, client and competitive trends in order to identify potential opportunities and anticipate gaps for your assigned clients. You will also need to continuously strengthen technical expertise through professional knowledge sharing across the team and participation in international conferences.

As the lead of HEOR, you will also be accountable to the business by taking ownership of specific business development areas and/or clients. You will be required to seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and new clients. This will be done through client visits and presentations.

In this role, the Principal is also the primary owner of assigned client engagements with ultimate objective of achieving client satisfaction and delivering high quality work that at minimum meets or exceeds expectations, giving significant and tangible client impact.

The Client is seeking an individual with at least 10 years of professional work experience within a consulting agency, supporting projects across health economics outcomes research and market access. This individual must be well networked within the life sciences industry and possess a strong track record in demonstrating success client engagement/ business development. As this is leadership role, the right candidate must have some form of line management experience.
