Infrastructure Architect (up to SVP)

A prestigious globally-known financial institution is looking for a capable Infrastructure Architect who will be responsible for designing technical infrastructure solutions that align with overall IT strategy and business goals for the organization. This role is a senior and a strategic role for the financial institution.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
* Formulating and driving major technology-led initiatives that are truly transformational for businesses operating in large complex environments
* Advise on strategic architecture decisions such as tools or services to introduce or organizational structure recommendations
* Build delivery infrastructure roadmaps

To qualify for this role, one must have:
* More than 7 years of IT Infrastructure Architecture experience
* Strong exposure to a data centre environment
* Competency in networks, storage, virtualization, Linux and platform experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced technical environment with increasing support demands and complexity
* Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills
* Large scale enterprise or financial industry experience a plus
