6 Month Contract (Maternity Coverage)

Real Staffing is currently looking for an Internal Communication Manager for one of our Global Pharma MNC client to support business growth and help foster stakeholder preference/advocacy by executing proactive internal relations and public affairs programs.

Location: Singapore
Term: 6 months (Maternity Coverage)
Start Date: Up to 1 Month Notice
Working Hours: 40+Hours/Week-5 Days
Budget: Excellent Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in using visual storytelling as a method for communicating, overseeing the creation of compelling video/executive message content etc.
* Creative and resourceful problem solver; have strong writing and communication skills; and have experience in all forms of media including video, print, and web
* Ensure communications are executed to a standard of excellence and are accurate, engaging, properly positioned, easy to understand and consistent with other related communications.
* Able to execute communication plans independently, ensure alignment of messages and provide support to the team
* Measure, monitor and assess effectiveness of communications strategies and tactics

Communication/ Technical Skills
* Strong writing skills to help with the various internal articles : event materials, project content materials (spend op, innovation fund etc)
* Events management skills
* Creative skills highly advantageous (Photoshop or illustrator experience)
* Highly organized; Microsoft office proficient (excel, power point and word)

Requirements:
* 5 years of internal communication working experience, less years can be considered if comes with solid career experience.
* A person that believes in teamwork, but also able to work independently with minimum guidance
* Good interpersonal skills - able to adapt to different working styles
* Easy going personality, able to take instructions well and arm with a pro-active attitude
