IT Project Sourcing Specialist

Real staffing is supporting a Leading Industrial Gas Supplier looking to hire an IT Project Sourcing Specialist to be based in Singapore.

You need to possess Procurement, IT and Legal skills along with a good understanding of Project Management Methodology such as PMO or Toolbox. You would need to have strong negotiation techniques and work well in a multicultural team. Your key responsibility would be to work closely with IT Service line directors and their teams to ensure negotiation of projects pertaining to the transformation of the Infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
* Initiate project sourcing through project sourcing methodology such as Procurement Toolbox, based on a cross-functional team approach.
* Provide the RFP package and lead the RFP process.
* Coordinate supplier qualification to comply with Health, Environmental, IMS/GP12 accordingly
* Identify potential opportunities to gain Quick Win negotiations
* Measure and report savings generated by project sourcing and negotiation

Essential Requirements:
* Masters degree in Business or Engineering
* Project Management experience of at least 3 years
* Procurement experience of at least 5 years
* IT external recruitment experience of least 5 years
