Java GUI

1. Solid knowledge of Java and all aspects of GUI development using swing including but not limited to threading, performance optimisation, building UI widgets, etc
2. Candidates must have 5+ years experience building distributed applications in Java
3. Candidates must have used design patterns in the past implementations and demonstrate strong understanding on design patterns of why and where a pattern should be used
4. Strong understanding of Messaging Middleware concepts, usage and application
5. Experience with distributed architecture and able to demonstrate strong understanding of latency, concurrency and reconciliation etc
