Real Staffing is currently working with a Global Pharma MNC and they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their office in Singapore. This position is an exciting opportunity that allows you to work in a regional capacity within a Global franchise organisation team.

Location: Singapore

Duration: 06 Months initially

Budget: Competitive Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* Drive a digital first agenda
* Support implementation of strategic marketing plans with forecastable results that help drive sales, share and profit improvements
* Execute next generation business models
* Drive implementation and broad market use of the core Professional KPIs
* Drive identification of key professional insights necessary to drive a broader understanding of Professional opportunities within the business
* Communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure that professional marketing plans are clearly understood

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
* 5-8 years of experience in marketing and experience in brand marketing management
* Experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Packaged Goods is required.
* Experience in professional marketing / sales brand management, including new business / business model development, digital, marketing communications and consumer research is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and communicate well at all levels
* Experience taking new initiatives from strategy to implementation is required
* Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity is important
