Real Staffing is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support one of our Global Pharma MNC clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Engineering team in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities:
* Perform plant preventive maintenance and analyze and troubleshoot for any abnormalities in equipment efficiency.
* Involving in the plant equipment erection and commissioning.( Involved in plant erection & Commissioning of gas plant)
* Responsible for spares procurement and Lube Oil and properly maintain the OEM special tools with preservations.
* To coordinate and arrange periodic regular lube oil sample collection and analyses and record the parameter data.
* Responsible for attaining all Management / Maintenance / OEM meeting / SDM / Safety meetings
* Develop preventive maintenance plan (Corrective / Preventive / Turnaround) and schedules for plant equipment in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance department.
* Request quotation from Vendor / Contractor, evaluate quotation and prepare budget for approval from Maintenance department / Management.
* To investigate, analyze and determine root causes of failures or inherent defects in plant rotating equipment and liaise with vendors with observation parameter and recommend solutions to prevent occurrence.
* Provide all resources and Supervision / coordination with contractor & different disciplines to carry out the jobs safely / Quality / Economically with in the scheduled time.
* Review and analysis of pervious service reports (Commissioning and Service report) to summarize the integrity status of the rotating equipment.
* Prepare data to implement and updates the SOP (safe Operating Procedure) methodology to enhance plant integrity and reliability in order to optimize maintenance frequencies, maintenance cost and plant availability.
* Preparation of inspection reports / certificates with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations. And maintain and update all inspection files as needed.
* Performs appraisals of direct reports including performance evaluation,
* Assist Technical Service Manager functionally to implement MOC/project jobs.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in maintenance in a pharmaceutical, medical , food or nutrition plant
