Network Project Engineer

Real Staffing is currently looking for a Network Project Engineer to join one of their Global Pharma MNC client and will be responsible in leading few projects and associate network upgrades across the region.

Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Budget: Competitive Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* Lead Network projects and associated network upgrades (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Firewalls, Proxies), from start to finish. This includes user requirements gathering, to design, ordering, installation, implementation and documentation
* Coordinate and manage all installation activities with the Project Manager, Vendors and Users. The scope is across multiple sites in Asia Pacific
* Work with the Project Manager on the new network setup activities, including build, integrate and test phases
* Work with the vendors to ensure that during the deployment, technical design and solution are implemented based on user requirements and aligned to company network standards
* Work with the vendors on the Low-Level Design (LLD)
* Work with telcos to ensure on time delivery, installation, testing and configuration of MPLS, QOS during the deployment
* Work with vendors to ensure on time delivery, installation, testing and configuration of Cisco equipment during the deployment, including WAN routers, LAN switches, WLAN upgrades and Firewalls
* Troubleshoot with in-county vendors and telcos during project deployment for all implementation issues.

Qualifications:
* Experience as a Technical Lead for network projects
* Completed at least one large scale deployment (>1000 users) or three medium IPT projects (>200 users)
* Valid CCNP certification
* Able to demonstrate expertise with enterprise grade Cisco routers, switches and firewalls such as ISR4000, Nexus 7000, Catalyst 6500 and ISR1000
* Able to demonstrate expertise with office relocation projects
* Able to demonstrate expertise with Cisco WLAN
* Able to demonstrate expertise with Firewalls
* Able to demonstrate expertise with Cisco Meraki
* Able to demonstrate strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN, MPLS
* Experience with managing vendor to perform configuration and UAT
* Experience with troubleshooting WAN/MPLS circuit issues directly with telcos in at least 3 countries
* At least 4 years working on Cisco networking, with 2 years of project implementation experience
* Excellent written communication skills
