Operational Risk Manager, Private Banking/Wealth Management

A well-established, growing private bank in Singapore is seeking a Operational Risk Manager to co-drive the development and implementation of the Operational Risk Management framework, policies and standards at the corporate level.

You will:
* Review and assess effectiveness of risk controls in the operations of the bank, strengthening control environment, culture and practices
* Prepare and review supervisory reports
* Document, monitor, provide statuses of ops risk events
* Support Operations team with internal audit/regulatory audits preparation, remediation and tracking stages

We want you if this sounds like you:
* 6+ years of relevant experience in
* Big 4 consultancy with exposure to private bank operations OR
* Ops/Operational Risk/Internal Audit function in a private bank
* Knowledgeable in MAS/HKMA regulations
* Proficient in Excel, Macros, VBA, Avaloq system
* Multilingual (Mandarin-reading)
* Candidates who have hands on experience in the Singapore banking industry would be desirable
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with and presenting to with senior management
