Operations Excellence Specialist at Global Medical Device MNC

Real Staffing is looking for an Operations Excellence Specialist for a Global Medical Device MNC in Singapore. The purpose of this role is to enable increased supply chain efficiency and effectiveness through partnership with cross-functional teams.

Major Responsibilities include:
* Assist in the change of processes as required in support of continuous improvement, standard work development and problem solving.
* Analyse existing performance data to identify performance gaps and recommend opportunities for improvement and standardization.
* Investigate and identify root causes of process performance drivers.
* Develop and manage project plans to define, socialize and launch new operational processes

Essential Requirements include:
* A degree in Science or Health-related disciplines.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Process Improvement and Re-engineering.
* Extensive knowledge of supply chain principles including S&OP theories and logistics.
