Real Staffing is supporting a Web-based Orthodontics monitoring firm that is rapidly expanding their operations across APAC, and looking to hire a Product Specialist to be based in Singapore.

In this role you will need to plan and execute the company's sales strategy in Singapore to identify, train and on-board orthodontic practices to utilise remote monitoring to improve patient care and practice efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage Pre-sales, On-Market and Post-sales responsibilities locally and regionally
* Develop and maintain a good understanding on customer profiles
* Successfully identify relevant target audience and conduct regular visits.
* Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with field professionals

Essential Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of dental sales experience with proven sales track record and/or orthodontic appliances is highly preferred.
* Strong selling skill and account management.
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Good written and oral English.
* Basic IT skill in Microsoft Office, and able to handle internal IT systems for personal claims, sales ordering etc.
* Team player and result oriented
