Professional Affairs Manager

Real staffing is looking for a Professional Affairs Manager, for a leading eye-care MNC to be based in Singapore.

You need to possess a good understanding of eye-care products and your key responsibility will be to plan, develop and execute the company’s vision care portfolio in the Singapore market.

Main Responsibilities:
* Development and implementation of technical product argumentation in line with company’s strategy.
* Conducting training to internal sales team
* Engage new ECPs, experienced ECPs and KOLs
* Supporting the marketing department to ensure professional communication & argumentation in all Eye Care Professional (ECP) communication
* Foster company’s & product reputation through active participation and professional events
* Professional Affairs budget planning and tracking

Essential Requirements:
* Must be a certified Optometrist
* At least 4 to 6 years of experience in a retail Optical environment and any commercial experience will be highly desirable
* Possess strong understanding of the retail environment of contact lenses
