Quality Compliance Head

Responsibilities
1) Lead Internal/External and Health Authority Inspection and related CAPA.
2) Responsible for ensuring the robust implementation and sustainability of the compliance programs
3) Manager maintenance of consistent procedures involving standard operating procedures management, document flow, archiving and regulatory practices.
4) Enforces internal policies and procedures to assure that the privacy programs are operating under a state of control and in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations and policy.
5) Uses established written policies to ensure implementation of appropriate transactional documents and procedures to assure day-to-day decisions are well supported, and clearly and properly documented.
6) Oversees appropriate transaction monitoring systems and analyzes periodic audits.
7) Manages investigations: reviews and evaluates documents and records, personnel and investigator interviews and report drafting, Results of investigations are documented and submitted to management.
8) Manages staff and acts as subject matter expert.

Requirements
1) More than 10 years related experiences in pharmaceutical industry
2) University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
3) Audit / Inspection management
4) Fluent in English and Korean
