JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES



To deal with guests requirements in a courteous, charming and professional sales-oriented manner following the company standards and procedures. To participate in all activities of the Front Office such as handling daily transactions accurately, answering and transferring telephone calls, escorting guests to their rooms and showing all hotel facilities, Ensuring a comprehensive handover is given to the next team member coming on shift, Ensuring the banking and payments balance for your shift, Working closely alongside all other departments to ensure excellent communication throughout the hotel.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION

. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Proven IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

. Well-groomed with a positive attitude

. Team player, passionate, self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work under pressure.

To be successful within this role, you will need to have similar experience ideally within a 4 or 5 star hotel. Be able to work flexible hours, as shifts.
