Reg. Business Unit Head, Swine (Animal Health)

REGIONAL BUSINESS UNIT HEAD, SWINE

Location: Flexibility to be based anywhere in South East Asia

Roles and responsibilities:
* Guiding the development, implementation and monitoring of marketing plans to meet the species sales budget and profitability.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the Swine Business Segment Heads of regional countries for the implementation of sales and marketing plans and/or special projects
* Participate actively in preparation and formalization of business plan and budget with subsequent updates, in collaboration with animal health Head
* Regularly analyze performance/results of the Swine business and respective markets to identify business challenges and opportunities.
* Review opportunities for new products to be introduced into the market and extensions to claims for existing products. Interact with Corp/Region Strategic Business Unit (SBU) on new products and strategic projects.
* Convert and communicate regional brand strategies and marketing material for local implementation
* Guide and facilitate new launches in close collaboration with the Business Segment Heads/Managers

Requirements:
* Degree in Veterinary, Life Sciences and/or Marketing. Preferably with MBA qualifications.
* Extensive experiences in Animal Health especially in Swine, including leadership experiences in pharmaceutical companies.
* Track record in Sales & Marketing
* Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
* Good business network within Animal Health industry.
