Regional Training Manager

REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER

Location: Singapore.

Type: Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Providing regular field training support to the Sales Managers to accelerate learning transfer, enhance field force sales skills, and to identify individual and team based training needs
* Proactively developing advanced sales skills programs and workshops for EC based on the unique needs of the business in collaboration with the Management team and external vendors where appropriate
* Develop and ensure coaching forms completed by Sales Managers during Joint calls are tracked, filed and follow-up
* Regularly developing, delivering and tracking therapeutic area and product knowledge in collaboration with the Sales Managers and Product Managers to ensure maintenance of > 85% knowledge levels for all sales employees
* Developing and tracking knowledge and skills transfer and evaluation processes for EC in partnership with the Management team to ensure that each sales employee meets the standards required in respect of therapeutic knowledge and technical skills
* Developing and maintaining training material / training library and leveraging on initiatives and resources developed by global such as online training material, sales skills training modules, product training modules, soft skills training modules and IS training modules

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry with minimum 3 years of Training, managerial and field sales experiences
* Regional experience within most South East Asia or Asia Pacific markets
