Real Staffing is looking for a Senior Category Manager for a Global Medical Device MNC based in Singapore.

Responsibilities include:
* Leading the management of Electronics Manufacturing Services suppliers with a focus on PCBA category strategies and supply chain initiatives.
* Managing EMS execution of all PCBA projects and initiatives.
* Designing and execute business and operational excellence processes with EMS partners.
* Reviewing new PCBA bids, selections and continuous assessment.

Essential Requirements include:
* Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
* 10 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
* 5 years of leadership experience and strong people management skills.
* Extensive knowledge of PCBA and system level integration.
