Regulatory Affairs Executive
Real Staffing is currently working with a Global Pharma MNC and they are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Executive to join their office in Singapore. This position is an exciting opportunity that allows you to work closely with the Regional Regulatory Affairs team in a fast pace environment.

Location: Singapore
Duration: 2 years
Budget: Competitive Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* Provide Regulatory input to Global Regulatory Affairs on local RA strategy
* Ensure adequate process flow for the dossiers to support regional business goals, optimum yearly targets and registration plans.
* Work together and support Business Units, sales & marketing group for the preparation of market plans.
* Coordination of regulatory activities between source contact & RA Affiliates to ensure availability of the dossier / additional data and find appropriate ways to facilitate and accelerate product registration.
* Tracking submissions by RA affiliates per estimated & effective approval dates
* Development and implementation of standard operating procedures related to regulatory affairs
* Provide effective communication to functional, regional organizations and project team members.
* Identify and work closely with internal and external experts to achieve optimal outcomes.

Experience & Skills
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any related field
* At least 5 years of experience in regulatory CMC/ Regulatory affairs in pharmaceutical industry.
* Computer skills: Word, Excel, On-line (Quest 2) Registration.
* Prior experience in Asia regulatory affairs would be an advantage.
* Strong organizational, negotiation and influencing skills
