Supply Chain Manager for Global Pharmaceutical MNC
Real Staffing is looking for a Supply Chain Manager (APAC) for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Singapore. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of end to end supply chain in the APAC region.

Responsibilities include:
* Review, develop and implement regional supply chain strategy and SOP that are in alignment with the region's strategy.
* Perform regular analysis of framework to identify gaps and areas of improvement to continuously enhance efficiency.
* Manage demand and inventory planning activities, coordinate and ensure fulfilment of purchase orders and monitor regional inventory level to prevent out of stock or write off situations.
* Maintain update to ensure in-depth understanding of local regulatory and legal requirements in pharmaceutical product supply chain management.

Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Science or Supply Chain.
* 5 to 8 years of end to end Supply Chain experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of 3PL.
* Must have strong communication and leadership skills in dealing with a broad variety of cultures on non-routine matters in stressful situations.
