SVP, Customer Analytics

The organisation is one of the top banking institutions in Singapore and has a dedicated focus towards making the company more data-driven.

Your role as a senior analytics professional will be focused towards conveying the bank's analytics capability to the different functions and increasing their awareness towards the power of data in general.

Requirements:
* At least 12-13 years of working experience in leading data analytics/ data science functions
* Must be articulate and passionate about data - you will be required to do formal and informal presentations to the stakeholders in the bank
* You will also be required to work very closesly with the customer journey teams to help them improve customer experience based on customer insights. Understanding of customer journeys would be highly advantageous
* Hands-on number crunching ability and strong understanding of banking products is a strong addition
