Test Lead - Mantas

* More than 3 years of Test Lead experience
* More than 7 years of total testing experience
* Good exposure to product testing.
* Experience with Mantas/ Actimize SAM/Actimize RCM/ Detica/ Delta Surveillance is an added advantage.
* Understanding of Compliance and Financial Crime function.
* Extensive experience with Oracle/SQL Server, ETL, Data warehousing, ability to develop complex SQL queries, joins, sub queries.
* Experience with feed formats like CSV, XML, MXML etc.
* Proven experience with data analysis and reporting.
* Knowledge of trade life cycle, stocks, Financial Markets, FIX/SWIFT protocol, instruments, FX, time series, Order Management Systems, Payment systems, ecommerce, Case Management etc.
* IT expert across design, development, testing and implementation.
* Excellent exposure to Waterfall & Agile delivery with proven efficiency and track record
* Knows what quality looks like and is willing to enforce it within Standard Chartered
* Experience conducting quality audits.
* Experience leading large organisations with teams that are geographically dispersed and with virtual teams in a complex, matrix organisation.
* Experience developing or implementing a QA program, rolling out standards.
* Excellent communications and presentation skill
