Training & Education Manager (APAC)

Real Staffing is supporting a Leading Dental Solutions MNC that is rapidly expanding their operations across APAC and is looking for a Training & Education Manager (APAC) to be based in Singapore.

In this position, you will manage the implementation of effective training and development programs that are aligned with the company's strategy. Individual will run, design, develop, coordinate, and drive both large- and small-scale training programs. You would need to possess a strong background in Dentistry.

Main Responsibilities:
* Providing training, support to customers, distributors and internal staff on a wide range of Dental Products/Equipment across APAC
* Design relevant training programs as well as selecting the best training methods or activities for a particular purpose and audience (role playing, coaching, on the job training, professional development programs etc.)
* Promote training opportunities to employees in a captivating way that delivers all essential information
* Conduct frequent needs assessments and identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
* Analyse, incorporate new training methods and techniques and modifies training programs as required
* Evaluate training course effectiveness and be responsible for performance reports to management, highlighting the impact of training on employees
* Collaborate with various internal stakeholders regarding instruction and training planning
* Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
* Develops and maintains company's communications channels to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery or Dental related field
* At least 5 years of Dentistry or Clinical experience
* Corporate experience is not a must but highly desirable
* Regional experience is preferable but not a must
